As a former AIPS group member, I tend to lurk on this list (daip).  This
particular answer is really easy so I'm piping up...

That's because you said only look at the first 100 (see below).

02T in extended hex is 101 decimal; this is the CB file for catalog slot
101.  The list of CB files you specified goes to at least 281 (07T).
And you asked it: 

> CLAM[/depot/aips] RUN RECAT
  ...
> Enter range of catalog slots (e.g.  1 100)                              
> 1 100

so I'd suggest re-running it with a range of 1 1000 instead.
