31DEC03 is now solidly frozen and will not change any more (except for
patches that may appear on our web site).  The MNJ for 31DEC03 will no
longer do anything but what you have been getting.

31DEC04 is now available and already contains a few things of
interest.  See http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/aips
