On your second question - how did you load these data?   The LISTR
SCAN output you sent lists the index table, source table and FQ table.
 The first is clearly wrong - it shows vis numbers from a small number
to a large and then it starts over - this cannot be.  It also shows
data out of time order which also should not occur in a multi-source
data set.

Do an EXTDEST on the NX table, run a UVSRT to put the data in time
order, then run an INDXR.
