Hi Eric,

    Both the ra,dec at epoch and at date both change
by the correct amount when using CLCOR with 'ANTP'.
Although both are listed as REAL*8 values, I suspect
that the ra,dec at epoch may have been filled with values
with only REAL*4 accuracy.  But, I could be wrong, and it
is not very important anyway.
