[daip] SPLAT inconsistency

Last sentence in the SPLAT explain file says:

In particular PC table is not copied considering PCAL calibration
had been carried out.

But then when one executes SPLAT, one sees the message (which is true):

euro  > SPLAT2: Copied PC file from vol/cno/vers  2    5   1 to  1    6   1

So is the comment help file wrong, or is the philosophy outlined in the 
help file not applied ? Anyway,
