Is it possible to run UVFIX on a DBCON'd uv data set? My uv data consists 
of B and C configuration data, which has already been DBCON'd. It's in 
B1950 coords so I'm wanting to convert to J2000. I find that after running 
UVFIX, the .UVFIX uv data is missing all of the C-config data (as I 
discovered after plotting a before/after u-v plot).
