[daip] problem with aips on afs?

Hi Joerg,

Eric is away for the week.  I am not an expert on AFS but after
some investigating it seems that install.pl might not set up
permissions right for AFS disks.  So first check the permissions
on the data disks etc.  The user needs write permission to just
about everything.
