Actually it looks like problems with TST (all channels deleted) rather
than new (a few - edge - channels flagged).

Where are you running BPASS - on your laptop version or on the main
AOC public version?  If laptop, was 31DEC04 updated to be current with
a MNJ?

I ask all this because there should be no difference between the two
versions in BPASS, but BPASS was updated in November.
