[daip] Removing residuals from image

Do the IMAGR run in AIPS in the usual way.
Copy the Clean image to a new name.
Then restart the IMAGR with BMAJ=-1 (to get residual image only)
and BCOMP and NCOMP set so that no new Cleaning is actually done.
Then use COMB to subtract the residual image from the Clean image.
