           DA01 is an environment variable pointing as LOCALHOST_1
which is set up as aips starts.

      My guess is that the current user does not have privilege to
write and therefore to delete these files.  In your current login
do

whoami
groups
ls -l <path>/CLD001002.07R;      where <path> points at the data
                                 area.
