[daip] history not written correctly for FILLM

     You are right - the pained wording of the help file led me to
read only part and not the rest - or perhaps really mislead me.  I
have fixed the help file wording and gotten rid of the CPARM(3) = ABS
(CPARM(3)) that occurred before the history was written.
