It appears to me as if you are simply trying to scale it up by way too
large a factor and have not concerned yourself with what interpolation
functions are being used.  The tasks OHGEO and HGEOM use interpolation
functions which can even have negatives in them - you may wish to use
only the lowest order of such functions.  It also looks as if your X
ray source is to first order a point source at the origin.  That is
ill suited to the expansions you are doing.

Are you doing this solely by yourself or do you have a
professor/advisor?
