[daip] bpass error message

A non-intuitive error message is reported by BPASS if refant > num. ant.  
Maybe a clearer error message should be made for this case.  The message
is:

parall> BPASS1: UVINIT: BUFSZ=      1024 TOO SMALL, LREC=  548
parall> BPASS1: TABSRT ERROR     8 SORTING BP TABLE
parall> BPASS1: ERROR OCCURED IN BPADJ
parall> BPASS1: BPSOL: ERROR   8 TIDYING UP BANDPASS TABLE
parall> BPASS1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes

which is uninformative to the user.

Also, FRING will run through completion if refant > num. ant., but then 
all solutions will be discarded at the end.  FRING should test for a valid 
refant before running.
