I still get the same error with tv=local or tv=local:1 on our
server saerimner a long time after the socket was closed, but
all the other TV servers seem to work well.
It may be because we haven't modified the /etc/services file,
at the moment it looks like this:
rfe 5002/tcp # Radio Free Ethernet
rfe 5002/udp # Actually uses UDP only
cfengine 5308/tcp # CFengine
Right now there's one user running the TV server 5 on saerimner.

Typically we expect to have a few servers simultaneously but the limit of
36 or is enough. Anyway, we will install AIPS 31DEC03 on Solaris soon so that
the users with Sun computers can run AIPS in their work stations.
