Glen and Joanne- The plotting has been fixed.  The problem is that
the plotting subroutine exploded if there was a negative gain.

Glen- I fixed DOFIT so if you use a -1 for Y1 it will not even attempt
an opacity correction.  If that is not the problem, I will have to
arrange getting some of your data.

APCAL will be fixed in tomorrows release.  Sorry for all the problems.
