 joanne - you ignored the message from the MNJ to RUN POPSGN or did
not follow the instructions to COMPRESS (or as Amy suggests RUN
NEWPARMS).  We keep the latter only for sites with recalcitrant AIPS
Managers who do not follow instructions.
