[daip] KNTR problem?

The DEC2003 KNTR has cool new features!  However, it seems to not fit
thing correctly on the screen when the plot becomes somewhat higher
than it is wide (ie. try making a plot which has a height 2x its
width, e.g. blc 1,1; trc 100,200; then the bottom of the label falls
off the aips TV and also off the PostScript file; doesn't depend
directly on XYRATIO).  The DEC2002 version does not have this problem.
