[daip] fillm problem?

Hi Eric,

I'm trying to load 1980 data... yeehaw.  FILLM finds
the data and seems to load, but it ends up loading only
header stuff.

Here are my FILLM inputs:

(This particular time I had the cparms set so that
nothing would be flagged.  But I have tried it with
cparms set to 0.)

The result is on my machine (aspen) disk 7.  FITTP
output is on /home/agave4/ftp/pub.
