[daip] CLCAL and ZCLOSE error

    If you run a MNJ, CLCAL has been fixed.  It did strange things on
single-source files including not merging.  I have changed a lot
however, including giving the option of a range (possibly not all) of
the SN tables in merging.  The help file lied about several things,
hopefully improved.  SMOO OPCODE is useless and was dropped.

I do not know what this question means.  If it is a table that
includes source numbers, antenna numbers, FQIDs, etc, then, since a
simple TACOP does not renumber things, it could easily get them all
wrong when attached to a different UV data set.
