[daip] can't start aips in GB

Looks to me like the host-specific aips system area
(/home/aips/DA00/PROCRUSTES) has bad files.  I get results that seem
consistent with a little-endian system accessing big-endian AIPS files.
Plus, the GR and PW files therein were pointing at arcturus (Solaris),
not etamin (Linux).

I'm about to fix this...
