[daip] external tape drive and AIPS

Hi Eric and Pat,

I have followed both suggestions. First I tried:

  # Host     Device-name    Comment
  TYCHO           /dev/nst0     'Exabyte on Tycho'
 
That didn't work. Then I ran uname -n, which returned:

tycho.redlands.edu

and so tried:

  # Host     Device-name    Comment
  TYCHO.REDLANDS.EDU           /dev/nst0     'Exabyte on Tycho'

and that didn't work. I still get a choice of only two remote tapes.

Any other suggestions?
