[daip] VPLOT infinite loop

VPLOT with a time range would loop when averaging for more data if the
average time was less than the start.  This was due to the error of
not telling UVGET the time range and an error nof not checking for end
of data before looping for more.  So it looped until it died in some
way.

Fixed in tomorrow's MNJ
