[daip] Linux AIPS installation problem

Eric,

	The AIPS TV-server would not start initially after the
installation.  But this was fixed by adding appropriate lines
to /etc/services as outlined in the "AIPS Managers Frequent
Questions".

	My only worry is that "ssslock" shares a node-number with a
pre-existing service: "rfe" ("Radio Free Ethernet").  Now I don't plan to
listen to the radio over my laptop (with all the radios around here) while
running AIPS.  But I was wondering if this would lead to a conflict
somewhere down the line?
