Is there any advantage to using FITLD or UVLOD?

Thanks,
Meri

Dear Meri,

Thanks for export files of AL584 Data.
I was able to ftp the 4 files successfully.
Also I was able to read them into AIPS. I am running December 2000 version of
AIPS. I used UVLOD and it seems to have worked OK.

I realize that you indicated that I should use FITLD. Am I losing anything by
not using FITLD?

I will let you know the quality of the data as soon as I analyse the data.

Thanks again for your help.

Cheers,

Velu
