The problem here has nothing to do with subarrays.  SUBARRAY 0 and
SUBARRAY 1 are equivalent if you only have one subarray.  The problem
is that for some or all of your data antenna 2 cannot be referenced
to the reference antenna (1).  This may be because you have so many
failed solutions.  Check the SN table and make sure it looks O.K..  
The phases for the reference antenna should be 0.  Did you expect so
many failed solutions?
