[daip] running fillm on archive disk file

For the first time, I am trying to read in the VLA archive data file
directly into aips.  I have 31DEC03 version aips running on my 
machine, and the archive data file was retrieved today (observed 
2 days ago).  This should work, right?  Somehow FILLM does not
find my data.  Here are my inputs:

I must be not specifying some parameter in FILLM.  What am I
