Dear Sir:

I'd like to inform you about new type of mm-wave
sources for super Deep and Fast Modulation (DFM
Generators). DFM generators have been developed by
Insight Product Company for the frequency range of 30
GHz to 140 GHz. 
DFM generators are designed to swiftly go from a
regime of generation to non-generation and vice-versa.
This process is controlled by an external TTL signal.
ON/OFF switch time can be as low as 2 nanoseconds.

In contrast to PIN modulators systems; DFM generators
have no residual signal in the OFF position. That
advantage makes them uniquely beneficial for
applications in MRI, EPR, Spectroscopy, Radar and
Communications.
