I suspect that the LASTEXIT SAVE/GET file for this user number has
been corrupted. In the first data area there will be files

     SGDuuunnn.uuu;

where uuu is the user number in extended hex and nnn is a sequence
number. nnn = 0 is the index file and nnn=1 and up are memory files
which should all be 562176 bytes long. I would be that nnn=1 is the
LASTEXIT file - simply delete it and start aips again with that
number.
