[daip] Availability of AIPS CDROMs

Eric,

I have not been able to find the order form for a CDROM version of the
31DEC02 AIPS on the NRAO website.  Will the CDROMs be available later?
I have downloaded the 44 MB zipped tar file for the load but I've always
had less trouble with the CDROM.
