[daip] TVFLG reports INCORRECT PHASES (OLD/NEW/TST)

Hi Leonia,
in fact they all have NON-blank calibrator codes, according to
LISTR/SCAN. If the calcodes were blank, TVFLG would show nothing (I've
checked ;) rather than incorrectly-calibrated phases.
In any case CALCODE='' gives the same problem.
