Chris reminded me about this and I took a look.  SAD was written with
PS's CCW from +X (west) and the error bars for X and Y carefully noted
this.  Unfortunately, the PA had by that point been corrected by 90
for display and storage in MF files.  So the error bar in X should be
in Y and vice versa.  The CC file Gaussian was also affected.  A third
place where the COS and SIN terms were used was correct.  Sigh....
