This are the SU-table entries for J0027+5958 for an observation on
09Feb2001.

RAEPO: 6.7637125000E+00  DECEPO: 5.9981384167E+01
RAAPP: 6.7687472888E+00  DECAPP: 5.9988521848E+01

This is the SCHED output:

    Source                         Source position (RA/Dec)
                     (B1950)           (J2000)           (Date)

  * J0027+5958    00 24 16.671105   * 00 27 03.291000     00 27 04.474387
                  59 42 17.40879    * 59 58 52.98300      59 59 18.52463

The J2000 and the RAEPO, DECEPO positions agree, but the RAAPP
corresponds to 00:27:04.49934912 DECAPP is 59:59:18.6786528. The
difference to the SCHED output is: 0.374432 arcsec in RA and 0.1540228
arcsec in DEC

The date of the FITLD.EXE here in Bonn is Sept. 05.

After a shift with CLCOR with CLCORPRM(6)=-0.00409

RAEPO: 6.7637106595E+00  DECEPO: 5.9981382032E+01
RAAPP: 6.7687472888E+00  DECAPP: 5.9988520712E+01

Here the new RAAPP and DECAPP are shifted by the right amount (-0.00409
arcsec). The new RAEPO, DECEPO are shifted by 0.0066276 and 0.007686
respectively.
