You can copy the subimage with SUBIM and use that for the CNTR (KNTR
is probably better but the same on this issue).

You can eliminate the message along with others by suitable choice of
LTYPE.  That kills several lines rather than just this one.

Editing the PostScript file produced by LWPLA is the method by which
users may change files into exactly what they want.  These extra lines
have caused much controversy - but the adverbs required to
include/exclude all of the types of line suggested or deprecated by
users over the years would cause a great deal of complexity in the
code and excessive complexity to the user.
