[daip] CROSSPOL

I'm looking in the VLBI chapter of the cookbook.  On page 3 in the summary
of the steps, it says to run CROSSPOL to calibrate the RL delays.  Then
on Page 55, it claims CROSSPOL has been replaced by VLBACPOL.  It seems
page 3 needs an update.


Is there somewhere besides daip that I should send such semi-trivial
editing comments?
