Hi Ian,

It looks like you should look at SETFC which will create
an input BOXFILE, which will contain the fields for wide
field 3D imaging for use by IMAGR.  These will not all
contain the central source.  The number of fields you need
also depends on the observation frequency.  I refer you
to Rick Perley's chapter on wide field imaging in
"Synthesis Imaging in Radio Astronomy" (chapter 14).

Check out SETFC, I suspect this is exactly what you need.
