[daip] AIPS install problem

Hi....

We are installing AIPS 31DEC02.tar.gz, with nice
install.pl.  

One problem I could not overcome for a few days
(tried everything): 
it seems everything is fine even INSTEP4 finished,
but when AipsWiz led to starting up FILAIP, after
copyright claim, it appears as following:

I tried to source LOGIN.CH and 'RUN FILAIP', but it does not
help -- still 'ZLOCK: invalid argument'....

Would you please tell me how to fix this???
