I now remember: Chris was trying to avoid changing any of the user's adverbs. I think we decided that that did not matter and that it was good for the user to see some of the changed adverbs and to be able to TGET FITLD later and get what the procedure did. Chris' typing is grossly pedantic and this is very expensive too esp in aips procs. E
