I forgot one question.  

Ultimately, when this is fixed, I'll still want to 
know how well the correction algorithms in CLCOR have
been tested.  For example, have some data been
processed on the correlator with 2 different 
atmospheric parameters and then correctly fixed
with CLCOR?
