I am a little confused here abouyt your setup. What computer are you
running on and what computer are you sitting in front of?

You have asked for tv=local to have unix sockets. In this case, you
may set display to another machine but you must run XAS, MSSRV etc on
the machine on which you are running aips and its tasks. To run
between machines normally requires the inet version of the TVs.
