Hi all,
This is referring to the QUACK with the 'TAIL' option. Once you've
split the data sets into frequencies, you have large gaps between
scans, so the "previous" scan may be half an hour before the one
that needs the first 1-2 seconds flagged. The 'TAIL' flagging
has to happen before the splitting, so that the scans are
still adjacent.

This needs to be run before VLBAFIX. The bad datapoints at the start
of scans also show up for frequency switches. The frequency switches
mean that there is a large time gap in the single frequency data, so
no flagging will be done for scans immediately after a frequency
switch.
