[daip] REHEX

Hi 

As soon as I start AIPS it comes with a message (before DADEVS.PL 
untested under 5.006):

/usr/local/bin/aips: REHEX: command not found

Is REHEX new? It looks like the path in aips does not know REHEX

Anyway, not urgent, but possibly a loose end somewhere
