[daip] PCCOR problem with an old AIPS file

Hello,
I am trying to transfer phase calibration from a VLBA cal. file into
an SN table for an experiment recorded in a Mk III mode (X-band, RCP,
14 IFs, 56 MHz spanned BW total) in January 1997. I have no problem
creating a PC table with PCLOD, and the data in the cal. file look
fine, but PCCOR crashes when I try to create an SN table. I'd like
to find out why. My first guess was that there is some problem with
the pulse cal. tone frequencies, at least in the way PCCOR wants or
expects them, but I failed to identify any such problem: the
"Chan," "SB," and "Pol" designations look exactly right to me given
the tone frequencies and IF designations used. Everything in the
VLBA cal. file looks fine to me. Could the problem be the absent
tones in channels 3-14 (see below) to get calibration singleband
delays?
The PCCOR output message is:

Can you help me? PCCOR fails regardless of whether DELCORR is 0 or
1. I've also played with other adverb choices, all to no avail.
Note that I've shifted the reference pixel in the UV file header
and (correspondingly) the frequencies in the FQ table -- could that
be responsible for my troubles? I'm guessing no, because I make
those shifts in current (Mk IV mode) experiments all the time and
never have any problems with PCCOR.
