I should have brought this up at the AIPS meeting
this morning.  I am planning to change VLBAPCOR
so that you can use it even if you don't have any
valid pulse-cals (mostly for spectral line
observations).  My question is should this be in
the DEC01 release or should I just wait on it?  If
it should be in the DEC01 release then I can change
the AIPS Cookbook now as well and it will all be
nice and consistent.
