[daip] FITLD roaches

Run a recent experiment through VLBALOAD in the test version (so soon after
the swap I presume it is the same in new). it is kind of a nonstandard in
the way that first 8 if's are observed in single pol, then 8 if's in dual.

If read in in the normal way (everything in one go, doconcat 1), then FITLD
does split the files into two, one with single and one with dual pol and
attaches the proper correlator job data to the proper file - that is good
Because fqtol was not set, I end up with 26 freq id's, anyway

However, inspecting the fqid list eg with listr and prtab on the fq-table,
I see that for each next freqid in the dual pol file, the IF's 4-8 have
their frequency added to the previous (and because of 26 freqid's at 22,
all the way up to over 500 GHz) - see below - the single pol file is fine

If I skip the first jobfile (with single pol) it works okay, and also if I
read in the files with doconcat -1, so it seems to have to do with adding a
freq id after the choice to which of the two possible files to append to.
