     I have tried the text file you have supplied and it works
perfectly well in TBIN when I run it with only one exception.  TBIN
reported a warning that the file states that there is one CC row and
it actually reads 9 - but all 9 are read with no error.  That warning
comes from the line

Are you sure that the file you have sent us is the exact one you were
using?  If the END card were missing or blanks inserted some places
then the program would become confused and think it is still reading
header information even when it is now into the data.

This is very peculiar CC data with fluxes of 0.5 microJy, major axes of
milliarcsec and minor axes 1/100 of the major axis.  The first
position is 2, 0 degrees, the others are milliarcsec.
