[daip] Install Wiz perl breakage

Hi:
I'm attempting to install aips 31DEC02 on top of an existing 31DEC01
installation. The install page
(http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/aips/dec02.shtml)
suggests just hitting enter for all the info screens, and that works till
the final screen, where it fails on my tape drives:
AipsWiz: ==> Confirm: start the install with these settings [Y]:
AipsWiz: =====> Creating or updating HOSTS.LIST file
[...]
AipsWiz: =====> Configure AIPS Tape drives...
/^*.tn.cornell.edu$/: regexp *+ operand could be empty at ./install.pl
line 2703, <TP> chunk 44.
tail DA00/TPHOSTS shows the following:
# Default as-shipped configuration has "localhost" to disable any remote
# access completely.
# Modified SC 199805015 - added all .tn.cornell.edu
#localhost
*.tn.cornell.edu
*.astro.cornell.edu
I'm guessing the "*" in the hosts list breaks the perl regexp, and that
the solution is to say "localhost" for now, install aips, and reset my
entries afterwards...?
Please let me know if this will cause headaches later on.
Thanks,
Shami
(the weary aips manager who much appreciates the install wiz otherwise)
