[daip] CALIB fix tested

I tested Eric's CALIB fix, and it seemed to work.
Various values of APARM seem to work for one or
dual polarization data sets.  When I tell CALIB
to average polarizations for an LL only data set,
it gives me a message telling me I'm being ignored,
and then goes ahead and does the "right thing,"
giving the same answer as when I don't tell it
to do the average.

No evidence that the task is broken for dual
polarization data sets--it still seems to work fine.
