[daip] AIps cookbook appendix C (fwd)

I was afraid of that.  The biggest problem for users (I think)
is the cookbook.  Is it possible to change it so if you go to
www.cv.nrao.edu/aips/cook.html you automatically get transfered
to www.aoc.nrao.edu/aips/cook.html?  A much less desirable
option would be putting a big warning at the top of the cv
version, but I know that when I go to the cookbook I scroll
down immediately to the index, barely glancing at the stuff at
the top.
