{COMB opcode=MEAN states that it uses aparm(1) and aparm(2) to multiply the
 two maps. The code looks to me as if it also normalizes by dividing each
 by the sum of aparm(1) & aparm(2).

 The function that I need is the ability of COMB w/ OPCODE=MEAN to take
 pixels from map2 where map1 is blanked, and visa versa. Can this be
 made as an option that works at least for OPCODE=SUM? I want to add
 maps w/o normalization.
  }
{Documentation for COMB(MEAN) is wrong.  Desire new APARM for treating blanks}
