[daip] UVCOP anomaly

  I just noticed that UVCOP (31DEC01), on a single source file,
doesn't apply entries in the FG table which have SOURCE=1 (for example
those generated by QUACK).  It does apply entries with SOURCE=0.
Other programs (e.g. LISTR, TVFLG) deal with SOURCE=1 in the FG table
correctly.
